Hey All!

Backstory: I have been pregnant before with my partner early on in our relationship which we chose to terminate because of ...reasons. So we know we CAN.
Last year my periods started becoming irregular - the longest I went without was 3 months with some spotting. I had a blood test and a vaginal and they said there was nothing to indicate I had PCOS or any issues, so I went onto the pill for 3 months to kick them back into gear. Came off in February and periods carried on more or less on schedule bar two or three days tops.
I started using ovulation sticks last month and I had a positive reading when it was predicted on all the apps I use - Clue, Glow etc.
However this month I started testing ovulation when the apps predicted and...nothing. And they all predicted different dates with a difference of up to 7 days! I was only testing once a day when I got home.
So...I guess I could have missed it? How likely is that?
Its really frustrating because all of the apps are predicting different ovulation and period dates for this month now.

Does anyone have a great app recommendation for somewhat irregular periods?

I tried taking my basal temp but I was rubbish at sticking to it.

I am 36 now, and am wondering when to go back to the doc? Ive had cramps for two weeks now that I thought were ovulation cramps. have no idea when my period is due because the apps are giving me wildly different dates.

My period last month was on the 16th so I guess in late but pregnancy test negative. Am worried I am falling out of sync again but reeeeeally dont wanna go back on the pill.
