@Imjustme2019 to be honest we were daunted by it as well! We've DTD twice in the last 4 days so on target so far just need to get my static smiley on OPK and then go for it! X

@Makingawish it's a difficult to say, I think they say you can ovulate anywhere from 12-36hours after getting a peak. Do you temp? Did you take another OPK test the day after, if it's not another static smiley then that may be a good indication as well that you have ovulated (I may be wrong about that - sorry!)

@whatsthecraic91 sorry about bfn! How many dpo are you?

Felt some more EWCM this morning. Still no peak this morning, so will keep testing and DTD 😂 think I'm likely to get it next Tuesday/Wednesday.

On a train to Edinburgh and I’m absolutely exhausted.

@Imjustme2019 - the SMEP is pretty tough, but it really only does take once - cliche I know.
It’s really finding what works for you. In the book I have on fertility (Taking Charge of Your Fertility) the author explains that DTD every day doesn’t work for some couples, so try not to put too much pressure on yourselves :)

@Makingawish - you do tend to Ov 12-36 hours after a static/peak, but you won’t get another static on CB in the cycle so if you’ve been DTD since Sun-today, you’ll be covered :)

@hopeandpray1988 - how are you feeling? Everything sounds really positive so I’m sure you’re in a good place!

@whatsthecraic91 - sorry about the BFN but definitely not out until AF shows!

@LokiCat No, I don't temp because I sleep terribly and you can't take another test because it stays stuck on the static smiley for 48 hours so this is my problem 😩 I think I'll just say today is 1DPO.

@LokiCat I don’t know how many DPO I am as I didn’t get a positive OPK this cycle, I was using IC ones and only tested once per day, could have possibly just missed it!

Last few days I've had quite a lot of creamy cm, suddenly realise I'm CD15, So did a opk and it's positive no ewcm yet tho, strange usually get that around cd13-16! Seems I'm going to ov earlier than last few cycles which was cd 19 and then cd22 (strange)
So complicated bodies aren't they 🤣

Just messaged DH saying that I think fertile week is starting because I felt quite 'wet' down there. He asked me if I was sure I hadn't wee'd myself 🤦🏻‍♀️ such a joker that man 🙄

@whatsthecraic91 fingers crossed you did catch it. It may be that you ovulated later then and it's just to early to test? As others have said you're not out till AF shows!

@whatsthecraic91 sorry to hear the BFN. I chickened out this morning after last night's BFN. I'm gonna test on Saturday I'll be a day late then. I think I know myself but sure.... May as well use the test. 🙄 Cheap as chips they are. Lol

@LokiCat hahaha typical man eh! 🤣 I've just found a way in Flo to record positive ovulation tests but that then assumes you've ovulated that day so puts me at 2DPO. I'm at least 1DPO so I'll go with that for now 😊

AF has arrived today - onto the next cycle. I knew it was coming as on saturday i burst into tears because a bumblebee had been caught by a spider in its web in the garden. My PMS emotion is strong haha!

@MrsEG thats fantastic news you both must be thrilled, I'm not sure if you have answered before but do you know if they are identical twins or non identical?

How is everyone? What have I missed?

@Lottiepink @lozzlepop They’re non-identical, both in separate sacs - I must have released two eggs and both have been fertilised! It’s the safest of twin pregnancies luckily as it means they will have a placenta each. We are still just so shocked it’s happening but delighted too! Yes sure - here are the pics at 9+5 - in the first pic you can see both sacs but twin 2 lies a little further back so she did another pic of him/her - just lay there chillin :)

@Lottiepink @lozzlepop Naturally they’ve uploaded in the wrong order so it’s the second pic you can see the two sacs haha! I just can’t stop looking at them. Very surreal to think they’re in there!

I’m a bit confused. I’m CD16, temp still low, had static smiley face on CB OPK yesterday and done loads of IC OPK all negative. Had very little EWCM. Usually I ov about CD14. I am hoping it’s not going to be annovulatory cycle. We’ve DTD cd 8,10,12 and 15, hoping I can persuade DH to try CD17 too... but would be nice to know that I am actually going to ovulate! 🙈

@Makingawish maybe i’m impatient and my temp will rise tomorrow morning. It’s just my app said ovulation would be yesterday and now it’s saying Wednesday... I think i’m Probably just stressing over nothing. Just not sure how many more times this cycle I can DTD! Xx

@Macbless I know what you mean! I don't temp but have used CB digital ovulation for the first time this cycle and got my static smiley about 2 days before the app predicted it so I think that's pretty accurate! How long have you been TTC? X

So I took a clear blue OPK this morning first flashing smiley this cycle did one just now as I know people have said that you can actually get a surge in the evening and it's gone to static smiley?!?!! Anyone else had this?? Doesn't match up with my app at all!! 3 days of BD here I go I guess
