Very faint postive or my imagination?

Please help I feel like I'm going insane
I am 10 days post ovulation. I have several symptoms including dull stomach pain, dihorrea, extreme tiredness, unable to eat a full meal and just feel different. Is there a line on this test or have I gone insane? 🙈
It's a early detection clear blue test

Unfortunately I've been bleeding lightly on and off since Friday night. My period was due today but I don't feel like it's ' properly' here yet as bleeding isn't enough. Maybe implantation bleeding but don't want to get my hopes up?
