Ladies who had implantation bleed, help me.

First post ever! Okay, I thought I got my period, which was 3 days late. 1st day- only when I wipe(brown). 2nd and 3rd day- very light red with brown. Never had a period so light before. And for the last few days I have these little pains in my boobs on and off. Also my boobs are super veiny. This morning I had a bit of a back ache like I would get with my period, but my period is pretty done. That's weird.

So the ladies who had implantation bleed that lasted a couple days, did you get your bfp soon after? What clued you into thinking maybe that wasnt a period? What do yall think?

Did you track ovulation?
I think if you did and it’s right that the bleeding started 14dpo and later, it’s highly likely it was just a light period.
If you ovulated later than you thought then it could very well be implantation!
Basically we just need to figure out when you ovulated

With my first pregnancy I had exactly how you described. We were ttc so on the first day of bleeding I thought ‘ok here’s my period I’m not pregnant’ but when nothing further happened much I thought I must be pregnant. I took a test a couple of weeks later which was positive.

I’m having the same problem! I was 7DPO yesterday when I got an ache in my lower back... didn’t think anything of it really as I just thought I had slept awkwardly. Then I went out to the shops and as I was walking I felt like a twingey/stabby feeling on my left side near my ovary. Here’s where the TMI comes into it. I can remember thinking to myself “oh that’s odd” but just went about my day. Then a few hours later I felt a bit like I was starting my period (not the cramps but you know that awful wettish feeling). Got home and I had some bleeding. It wouldnt say it was a lot but it was enough that I had to change my trousers (luckily I had been wearing a long top or that would have been embarrassing). I assumed it was AF coming way early so put in my moon cup.. and there was nothing in the morning!! Today has been much the same.. light bleeding when I wipe, put in the moon cup and nothing. Also I don’t feel very crampy like I do when I’m getting my period. (I just copied and pasted this from my own post so sorry for the essay) lol.

I’m 7dpo and I’ve had bleeding for three days now!

@weirdquestionhearmeout it’s so annoying isn’t it? Is it implantation is it AF?! One minute I convince myself it’s one, then the next I’m like “no it has to be the other”. I guess I just don’t want to get my hopes up

I've got the app and I've been doing my best but just to be safe we had sex every other day for 2 weeks starting the day my period ended.

My period is almost never early so I don’t think it’s my period but I also don’t think I’m pregnant either. I really really don’t!
So frustrating!
TMI question but what does yours look like? Mine is brown with no red at all and all the blood is mixed into discharge it’s on and off too.
Hopefully we’ll get answers soon!

@Ashcheeks that sounds really good- I only did it twice in my FW- once 2 days before and the other 1dpo

I had this, tested on 24th, BFN, started what I thought was my period that day but it never came to much. Tested on 29th in the afternoon and had a definite BFP. In case you wanted a timescale to go by!

@DatsunCogs thank you for sharing! What dpo were you when you bled? 7?

@weirdquestionhearmeout ok this is going to be way TMI aha. yesterday when I first had it, it was red but quite watery and literally leaked through my jeans. That lasted for id say about an hour. But then it changed to brown and has been since. Kinda like Yano when you get to the end of your period.. you know it’s going to be over soon but there’s still a bit left? I always get really bad cramps with my period and other than the occasional “oh that hurts a bit” I’ve had nothing! Apart from the backache which I never normally get.

@weirdquestionhearmeout it's a long time ago now! - but from memory it was roughly 10 dpo. But I wasn't on top of when my ovulation was exactly, it could have been fewer than 10, sorry!

@CharHaz90xx oh that’s sounding positive!! Fingers crossed! Have you had cramps? I’ve had none but I wish I was cramping so then I could make more sense of this bleeding! Normally my boobs are tender after ovulation and get really hard and dense but this month I’ve had none of that so I’m wondering if I even ovulated at all

@weirdquestionhearmeout I’ve had slight cramps here and there but nothing like I get when AF arrives. It’s more like a dull ache in my back and a few sharp pains on my left side. I really hope so, we’ve been trying for over a year now. Have you been using OPKs?

@CharHaz90xx I've not used OPKs. this month we decided not to actively try because we’ve both been so stressed with work and we just wanted to have this month to relax a bit and not worry about TTC....but here I am this ‘relaxing’ month is the month I get the weird bleeding!
If you are pregnant, will this be your first?

@weirdquestionhearmeout I completely understand. I said the same thing to myself after my last period “no that’s it now, no OPKs, if it happens it happens” a week later and what am I doing? Testing for my LH surge lol. I duno, I just had a really good feeling about this month. Yeah it would be our first, how about you?

@CharHaz90xx this would be my first too! When do you think you’ll test? I’m going to try and hold out until Friday but I’m addicted to POAS

I've started with some light bleeding a couple of days before my period is due and That's confused me. Some on off mild cramps. I never had an implantation bleed last time but the fact I'm bleeding early has thrown me. Part of my thinks it's wishful thinking but the other part remains hopeful x
