Advice please... Late period, negative tests PCOS

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone has any similar experience here. Am TTC with PCOS. I normally have regular periods (30 day cycle) but so far haven't managed to conceive after around a year of trying.

This month, my period is now over a week late (really unusual) and I'm experiencing lots of other symptoms, but every test I've taken is negative.

Last month, around a week after my usual period, I got mild spotting. I took this to be ovulation bleeding, but it might not have been.

I have an appointment at the doctor's for next week, but I feel like I'm starting to lose my mind. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or what any of it might mean? Thank you.

Hi OP

How are you doing? Has AF arrived yet? I can’t offer any advice unfortunately but I hope someone comes along who can

Hi @flowerpot6, we're just bumping this thread for you in the hope that some Mumsnetters will be along shortly with some advice. Flowers

Do you have pcos or pco? Regular periods aren't usually associated with pcos. Anyway, I have pco and have regular periods. Occasionally my period would be late and it was negative each time.

Sometimes it is just a late period I'm afraid though I wish it wasn't and you are pregnant

Good luck xx
