Cause of bleeding? 5/6 dpo help :(

Had bleeding yesterday but none today.
I had beige runny discharge the first time wiping and second time wiping I had a very dark brown spot of blood in the discharge.
Disappeared next time I went to the bathroom.

Any ideas? Have got photos if anyone really wants them

I've never had it personally (and have 2 kids) but wonder if it's implantation bleeding? Sounds like the right time? I'm obviously no expert x

I had unprotected sex 2 days before I think I ovulated. Didn’t temp or anything- it’s just a guess based on the ewcm

It can mean absolutely nothing. For example when I was pregnant I had no implantation bleeding no spotting nothing. But last month when I wasn't pregnant I had lots of spotting throughout the month!
