Totally confused and fed up of testing and guessing

5 weeks ago I came off cerezette, there has been no withdrawal bleed or period.
We have been DTD since the 19th June and I've had sore boobs and nausea for around 2/3 weeks now.
I did a test on the 3rd July, it was a FRER that showed a faint positive, however every test I've done since then has been a negative.
I really don't get what is going on...... I wouldn't mind feeling crappy if it was for a good reason, but this is driving me insane..... I've even got to the point where I'm telling myself I'm imagining it all just to try and get shot of the nausea, obviously it hasn't work.
Anyway this is the offending test..... if anyone could shed some light on this or shove me out of my misery.... I would be eternally grateful x

The symptoms are just the withdrawal from cerezette, it's very common.

There seems to be a dodgy/ bad batch of frer around giving really bad evaps.

Do you think it could of been a chemical? I don’t think it’s coming off the pill personally as you wouldn’t have a BFP that looked like that, it’s definitely not an evap!
I would go see your gp.. but I would say a cp unfortunately. I’ve had one of those and also a mc, it’s awful but once you have the answer you can move on and start trying again.

Sorry I'm not sure how it all works to be honest, if it is withdrawal off the pill still after 5 weeks.... this is really evil. Never taking it ever again x

I don’t know to be honest.. i read somewhere it can take a while for a period, not everybody is the same.
Possibility you were pregnant.. lost it, ovulated and now pregnant again but too early to test? Either way a trip to the docs won’t hurt?!
The pill can give you similar symptoms but wouldn’t expect a BFP xxx

@CrazyFooLady I had lots of symptoms for the first month coming off cerezette- especially nausea and cramps. BFN. Symptoms settled after a few weeks, and I ovulated 6wks after my last pill.

As for your faint line I'm not sure what that means. But if you have waited a few days, and repeated tests and they are negative now I'm afraid it looks like you aren't pregnant just now.

I'm in the same position as you @CrazyFooLady, I had my implant out 4 weeks ago on Tuesday but had no bleed since and I'm now a week late. I had a faint positive just like yours a little over a week ago, and another clearer positive on an IC a few days later. But since then I've had nothing but negatives and I don't know what to think, I had cramps for 3 days from Thursday but that's stopped now and still no sign of AF, no spotting nothing!
I'm getting some pregnancy symptoms too, feeling queasy and I need to pee all the time (and I usually have a very strong bladder!). I'm almost too scared to take another test because I don't want to see another negative, I'm going to wait and see if AF comes in the next few days and if not I'll test maybe Tuesday/Weds.

@RedFox695 I hope so too, this is just a rollercoaster of craziness, constant peeing on tests and emotions right now. I did get some cramps a few weeks back, a bit of mucus that was tinged brown but that was before I took the test.......
The sore boobs got so bad that I ordered some maternity bras, I'm kinda laughing at my stupidness now.

@Skyla01 meh guess the excitement was nice while it lasted..... just hoping that maybe I got it slightly wrong and I'm testing too early but then I think back to that faint positive test and I'm like a confused pigeon again.

I know, my emotions are all over the place too. That's why I've told myself I'm not going to take anymore tests for a few more days or see of AF comes in the meantime. I had some brown CM too, it only lasted for a couple of days though and since then it's been clear and watery (and lots of it too! Sorry TMI)
I don't think ordering maternity bras was a bad idea at all, even if its not this month you'll need them eventually.

Me being my own worst enemy for testing has just ordered another 50 IC tests 🤦‍♂️

@CrazyFooLady any update? Did AF arrive for you? Still nothing for me and getting nothing but BFN's, its driving me insane!

@RedFox695 nope still no AF and I'm still getting those damn negative tests...... it's been a bad day all round, so I'm going to stick my middle finger up to those tests and have a stiff drink tonight lol x

Ah I'm sorry to hear that, I took another test yesterday too and a very definite BFN. It's so frustrating and disheartening isn't it? I may join you in that stiff drink! x

@RedFox695 think AF has just rocked up for a holiday......... absolute bitch couldn't of timed it worse x

Oh no! Always the worst timing! Look on the positive side though, now that AF has started it's not long until you can try again next month for your BFP x

I agree with @RedFox695 means you are more clued up with your cycle! If I haven’t managed to fall pregnant this month then at least I know where I am at too xx
