Coenzyme Q10 delaying period?

I came of microgynon 30 in August last year and we have been TTC since then, we have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility

We are due to start IVF in August, so this month on Day 1 I started taking 200ml of Conenzyme Q10 everyday. I don't track ovulation other than CM, so I can't be sure when or if I ovulated, normally around day 24/25/26 I start spotting and AF starts no later than day 27. It is day 27 today and so far nothing. I took a pregnancy test this morning and as suspected it was a BFN, I wondered if anyone else has experienced this after starting Conenzyme Q10?

Hi

I’ve been taking it for months now and it’s not had that effect.
B vitamins on the other hand...
Maybe you just Ov later naturally? Have you changed your lifestyle or been jet lagged etc?

that's the only major change, my cycle is normally regular between 25-27 days and always with spotting prior to AF. This month I haven't been to the gym as much and did get bad sunburn, so it could just be fluctuations in my cycle still.

Hi I took this for a long time to conceive my first (also unexplained infertility) I had no side effects. I'm currently taking it for #2 and again no side effects to report.

I also took it for about 5 months before I fell pregnant and I didn’t see any difference in my cycles. I had no side effects at all.
I found it really helpful to track my bbt just so I had a better idea of what my body was doing.
