Starting over in July

Sounds like we are all TTC, some of us doing so after chemical pregnancies in June. All emotional and strained but looking forward to trying again??

No idea what my cycle will be like this month but let's see what happens

Checking in to see if there have been any BFPs!!

I'm heading back home now after a weekend with DP. He's coming to see me in 2 weeks, during my fertile window, so we'll have a crack at TTC Cycle 3.

Trying to keep positive. It's really early days in the grand scheme of things. I'll carry on with my acupuncture, and use PreSeed again.

@navyberry sorry, forgot to address the other point in my angst 😂 it might be a good idea to have it checked if you've been TTC for a while, but maybe don't rush to have it done unless 6 months/1 year (age depending) has passed.

@Namechangeymcnamechange11 I don't think my DH is anxious about TTC. I don't know. He is a tough nut he wouldn't be open about this. Just every so often the would say smth about having two children soon and then I'd know that the is really excited)))

Still no AF. BFN on remaining FRER - this one not dud, the control line came up.
The mystery thickens.

@navyberry was only due on yesterday, it just feels like a lifetime 🙄 keep checking every time I go to the loo.

Well I think AF is arriving.
A small amount of bleeding (properly red as opposed to the brown I've been getting) during the night and a small amount again this morning.
It's nowhere near period proportions but is more than I would anticipate for implantation bleeding and is more than I bled in the early days with DC1.
Today will confirm I'm sure.

Sigh. What an odd month. I must admit, 2 days late really did give me hope.
Onto August I suppose.

I am almost a week after our first CP, also our first BFP since starting the beginning of the year and I just kind of want somewhere where people understand?

Isn’t it weird? Telling no one so not really having any support except each other. I told a friend and while she was lovely it’s almost like ‘well, you didn’t know for long so getting over it should be quick at least’.

I felt pretty good yesterday but had a letter arrive from my doctor (weirdly we had started having tests last month and were due our results the day we had the BFP, so we told the doc at the appointment) confirming the pregnancy and advising next steps.

I don’t compare myself to people who have lost further along at all but I still feel quite shit and think that’s allowed.

@Southernbelle2019 hi there! You are most welcome! Sorry to hear about your loss, every baby counts so you have every right to be devastated. Let August be successful for us all!

@southernbelle2019 - it's really shit when TTC is so hard, you're allowed to feel shit about it. There are many like minded people here that you can vent/discuss/whatever with. They're a lovely bunch. Everyone understands especially when the emotions are running high.

Ladies, im going to take a break for a few months, probably 2. It will take the pressure off DH and I for a bit, (and won't be 1, weeks away from due when going on holiday or 2, 9 months pregnant when going on holiday).

In the last few days of AF being unusually late, I have also been feeling guilty that DC1 would have their world entirely turned over if I were to be pregnant now. I'm not sure how that will change just with them being older, but maybe I'd feel less guilty?! Some thinking needed in my TTC break.

Yes, the TWW is so long! Add on two days this month!
Yes, it's definitely AF, it's gone from small smudges to full on this morning.

I'm disappointed, but on a few hours of reflection, it's not the end of the world. I can focus on DC1 for a bit. We have 2 trips away coming up, which means I can enjoy them with DH and DC1 without first trimester tiredness affecting them. We had two trips away last year for which I was in the midst of PND and being with the in laws for both of those trips didn't help and I didn't enjoy them in the way I should have with DC and DH.
Also, when DC 2 comes along (🤞) we need to change my shoebox car as I can only fit one car seat and the pram, as I have to drop half the backseat to put the pram in 🙄 purchased when young, free and single as the most economical way to get from A to B! It means we aren't in a hurry to do this and can save a bit longer.

@Namechangeymcnamechange11 oh yours plans sound great, enjoy every minute! ))) it is always nice to treat yourself to some holiday

I remember I had a terrible nausea with my DD1. The moment I got on the plane to go on holiday it stopped and then came back the moment we landed a week later I couldn't believe it!

Hi everyone - haven't been on here for a little while, took a break from TTC for a month and moved house!! Was a good distraction and was nice not to symptom spot for a little while...

I haven't caught up on everyone's news but @Carysmatic was yours good news I think I saw?? How are you feeling?

@Bezalelle I'm sorry it wasn't your month but your positivity is catching!!

We have been back to trying a bit this month but only on the few days leading up to ovulation, I don't think I've ovulated yet and think that'll only happen today/tomorrow so am hoping that's still ok!!

And then the dreaded TWW starts again....

Hey @Hayd88 doing really well, I'm 6weeks tomorrow. Symptoms really starting to kick in, I've had some nausea and a bit of vomiting, boobs are huge and my bras are getting tight so am thinking of buying new bras already. I'm already a 38E so not sure how much bigger they can get 🙈 I retested yesterday (for piece of mind) and the test line is now way darker than the control line so my hormones are creeping up nicely. Still quite on edge about MC especially after last cycle. But much further a long than I ever was then so feeling pretty positive. I'm glad having a break was the best decision for you and I wish you all the luck for this cycle! Sending you lots of baby dust!! I think the girls from this thread my have started a new thread for August, I'm sure @Bezalelle Could point you in the right direction xxx
