Cervix question

Hello, if your cervix is low and soft what does that mean? Thanks in advance x

Not sure - it should be high and open when you're ovulating. What I would say is that the cervix is quite a tricky thing to judge for some people (definitely for me) so it might be worth tracking ovulation in a different way (if that's what you're using it for). Also, I am not sure it's a good idea to poke at it too much as it can introduce outside bacteria.

@Suzanne4989 usually it goes low after ov or before af
Mine was high and hard which doesn't appear to be a combination people talk about either but it's different for every one so only really reliable if your tracked for months and know your norm. It's good if you know yours to detect ov but it's not reliable at detecting pregnancy as although it rises some peoples don't rise until 12 weeks
