Changes after miscarriage?

So I had a miscarriage in March. Previously before miscarriage I would only have ovulation pain for 1-2 days at most and then nothing until my period which would come very heavy and very painful. Been like this all my life.
Following the miscarriage I had nausea, swollen breasts, (this was May) and I thought I was pregnant but I wasn’t. It really was quite upsetting. Also since my miscarriage my periods are now 5 days long rather than 4 and not Nearly as painful or heavy.
Is it possible for symptoms to change around ovulation after miscarriage?

Hi. So sorry to hear about your MC. I recently had one too in April. First time I ever saw those 2 lines but we only got to 5/6 weeks.

I used to get horrendous boob ache and cramps. But no PMS. Now I get no boob ache but awful hormones. Really snappy! I also used to get 'ovulation cramps' but again nothing. I'm definitely ovulating - pic attached - though so no idea! I guess it can just change when the body has been through it. Hopefully to prepare for the next pregnancy

Good luck TTC xx

Thank you @LouLouB1987 I ovulated on the 5/6th July, dtd on 3/7 so figure I’m only 2 dpo but have been having cramping on/off which I never get once ovulated. I guess it’s all psychological though as I know it’s far too early. Hope things go well for you

One thing I've learnt is that everything can change or be the same and different for everyone! It's a mine field! All we can do is DTD and POAS!

I've been getting some pinchy cramps too but 4dpo so who knows!

Good luck with it! Xx

You sound just like me. My cycles and periods are totally different. My miscarriage was in March too.

I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I get pregnancy symptoms as part of my cycle now which seems so cruel. Get my hopes up each month.

@sophied1983 my miscarriage was our first attempt at trying so I really am not savvy about these things. I am now 6 dpo and have been having cramping from 3-4 dpo just very light but little twinges. Back ache and faint headache. Period is due in 10 days. But I am not going to read anything into all this as I fear it may be a repeat of last month. Even though symptoms are different this month
