Just off the pill CD28 don’t know when to use OPKs

Hi all came off the pill recently, I’m on CD28 no sign of any period had negative pregnancy test yesterday but no idea if I’ve ovulated... not noticed any change in CM at all so far. I’ve got some cheap OPK strips online should I use them daily? I know I should be patient to wait for my period to return but I’m not the patient type!

@LaceyLou42 for my first cycle i started using OPK 10 days after my period ended but didn't ovulated toll CD21!! Were as on the next cycle I ovulated on CD13, so best to start using them earlier rather than later x

It will take a while to settle down, your OPK should still pick up ovulation though, it just may be irregular for a few months.
