Happy Monday girls!
Any tips or advice welcome - I'm new to this site, and TTC.
I'm 30 (just!) haven't been on contraception for 2 years - just using condoms. Which we stopped using only a few weeks ago.
Cycle is pretty regular. 30 days.
Any must do's / dont's.
Started taking folic acid, but that's it!
Thanks in advance! X

Ah it's an exciting time! My advice would be, don't put loads of pressure on yourself to conceive straight away, if you are having normal cycles/good age/healthy etc then you shouldn't experience difficulties, but it won't necessarily happen within a few months.

Are you tracking ovulation? There's lots of apps that can help, and I used the ovulation sticks to help guide when I was most fertile (I fell pregnant after month 4 - very similar age/cycle to you).

Yes folic acid is good, and eating healthily, exercising, not smoking, drinking less etc can all help too.

There are other rooms/threads here that can help if you ever struggle to conceive. But hopefully you'll be fine and we'll see you on an 'expecting' group soon!

My advice for you it to simply start having sex every 2-3 days and you should be OK. If after a few months you are getting a little impatient, start tracking ovulation and target having sex in your fertile week every day. Get healthy or stay healthy and enjoy it! Don't over think it x
