Hi,

I've fallen down the rabbit hole of Google following my recent diagnosis of PCOS - I'm waiting to see a specialist about options and timeframes however I have seen really positive results from using Myo-Inositol - has anybody has any experience of using this supplement... Good or bad! I'd rather have a full picture.

I'm not too sure if there is any science behind it or if it is just an old wives tale.

Hello, I'm diagnosed PCOS but don't struggle with my weight. I do excess hair though 🤨 I've been taking it for around three months and have a drink of it now. I started taking the tablets but have switched to powder. I think it's good but still early days. Worth a go. It seems a lot of fertility specialists do advise 4g. For some reason, I have no idea, I've stayed at 3. I don't notice any side effects and slowly my period is reducing in length between cycle lengths. I use 'natures best'

Thank you - I've actually ordered that on a whim already. I've been off my pill 12 months and haven't had a period since so and we're TTC.

I guess it won't cause any damage. I struggle with my weight but that could be me as a person and I don't want to blame to PCOS however I sit at a size 12 at 5ft 7 so I'm not too concerned however I also have excess hair that I'm presuming is the PCOS.
