Confused with tests, please help

Hoping someone can help me! I got my implant removed on the 10th June, had a period at the start of last week which was very heavy for 2 days then got lighter for another 2. I don't know what made me test, I'm just not feeling myself so that may be why? Anyway I've taken these tests between yesterday and today which has left me really confused as I had a period last week!

Has this or anything similar happened to anyone else?
