Gone from positive to lost all hope 😭😭

So my af arrived today, this is now my 6th cycle. My cycle lengths have been 39, 39, 42, 57, 39. I used advanced digital opk and got a flashing smiley on cd 24 then static on cd 25. DTD alot during the cycle anyway and then also on cd 22, 24 and 25. Just feeling super crappy about it all!!!!!!! 😭😭😭 something must be wrong its never going to happen!!!!!!!

Hi @Lucklylola12 how long have you been TTC? Do you have PCOS or any diagnosis for your long, irregular cycles? Have you been using OPKs since you started trying? x

Stopped pill sept 2018
1st af 1st december. So trying since december 2018. Doctors wont do any tests untill ive ttc a year they said. I was on the pill for 10 years so i cant remember what my cycles were like before 😪

Last cycle was the first cycle i really used opks properly!

It is so frustrating when the only advice you get is to 'keep trying' but that really is all you can do for now. Good news is that you are ovulating (confirmed with OPKs) and you are also still young with plenty of time to explore fertility options if it came to that. Keep in mind (as depressing as it is), woman only have around a 20% chance of Palling pregnant each month, even if there are no fertility issues so don't be too disheartened yet. I'll be 35 this year and am trying for my first. I have PCOS so that coupled with my age are little barriers but I fully intend to overcome them. You'll hopefully get your BFP soon x
