Getting my hopes

Hi

I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks a year ago today, I am currently on cycle day 30.
My cycles are usually between 26-30 days with spotting starting a few days before. I haven’t had any sign of my period so far, apart from a little back ache and very occasional cramps.

Would it be to much of a coincidence to fall pregnant exactly a year after a miscarriage?!
Trying not to get my hopes up!

I should also add that I had positive ovulation tests on day 12 & 13

I’m planning on taking my one on Friday, putting it off as I don’t think I can face anymore negative tests
