hi ladies
hope you are well well

after some advice please - I had a miscarriage last September, since that we have been trying, I am 29 my partner is 34 he works away so the most time we get together is weekends... during that time we are very active! also making sure extra active on fertile window.

no luck in conceiving as yet, I follow a healthy diet, don't do much exercise though same with him, he takes mens fertility tablets we bought from a drugstore, and I take some as well for women folic acid and zinc I got from boots.

I want to go to a private clinic and see if there are any issues as to why I haven't fallen pregnant yet, however he keeps saying its not been a year yet (NHS will only see you if no luck after a year) but I keep getting depressed everytime my AF arrives. he also said that as I have fallen pregnant before there cant be anything wrong but I just have in the back of my head that he may have a low sperm count, or could be something wrong with me.

any suggestions on what to do? shall I wait for the year to be up and go via NHS or go private and see what they can do? I am not getting any younger and really want to start a family, its upsetting me going through the upset each month.

really stuck on what to do :(

Have you actually been to see your gp? Mines referred me for 21 day bloods.

I miscarried in October and went in March but may be because I was 41 that I was referred.

It turned out I had a couple of other issues.

No harm in speaking with your gp

Hi
I had a miscarriage last July after getting pregnant in the second month of trying.

Unfortunately i still haven’t managed to conceive again yet(although I’m 3 days late this cycle🤞) . The doctors began 21 day blood test in February which all came back fine, they have now referred us for fertility testing.

Do you do ovulations tests?
It might be worth speaking to your doctor to see what they could offer you.
