Has anyone tried mayo-inositol for better egg quality? Does it work?

As the title says. I have been prescribed this after a miscarriage just in case (first pregnancy miscarriage at 9 weeks). We don't know if it is because of egg quality or not, but I am 35 so I guess it's good with all the help I can get.

Did you find this effective if you've taken it?

Hi, sorry for your loss. I have taken this and conceived twice, a product called Inofolic. I highly recommend.

I have PCOS and was TTC for 4.5 years before trying it.

Wish you all the best on your TTC journey x

@longtimelurkerfirsttimeposter oh thanks for your reply Smile how long did it take before you conceived? As how long did you take it for? My Dr says that it starts improving the egg quality straight away! I have polycystic ovaries but not the syndrome (no hormonal imbalances), so it could be more difficult for me to conceive still.

So happy to hear you have 2 DC now 😃

It says to take it for 3 months, I conceived before the end of the 3 months when I initially took it for first successful pregnancy, and then conceived first cycle when TTC number 2.

If you go on their website it explains how it works x

@longtimelurkerfirsttimeposter I am actually taking it at the moment, albeit different brand 😄 I caught first cycle (TTC #1 but sadly miscarried at 9 weeks). I am now taking it again the day after D&C 35 days ago, and I just got a solid smiley today so I definitely think it works!
