Possible ovulation spotting but negative opk

Hey ladies,
So basically as the title says. I normally have cycles of min 30 days averaging around 33 days and basically cd7 I got a very near positive on an opk and I know nearly positive isn't a positive but then on cd15-17 I had v v light spotting ranging from pink tinged cm to brown and I'm now on cd20 and my opks are so far from anything positive (basically one line and then blank). Almost like I've gone the complete opposite way with them. Normally they gradually get darker until my peak but there's literally nothing there. I dunno what to think?!
I'm doing the cb digitalis ov tests too and that's been flashing since the day after I started doing them which was cd11.
Anyone else had anything like this?
I know some do get ovulation spotting but surely I should of O'd by now if it was?!

Did you do any more OPKs after the one on CD7? CD7 would be too early for a positive OPK if you then actually ovulated closer to CD15.

I think it is possible to have negative OPKs and still ovulate if you're not doing them regularly. For some people, their surge only lasts a few hours so have to test twice per day.

Are you temping? As that's the best way to confirm if you did actually ovulate, even a positive OPK can't tell you whether ovulation actually occurred.
