So today I've started to get EWCM, DH is on a late shift at work and will bee too tired tonight I think, if I've only just entered my fertile time will missing one time matter?

No you tend to get a couple of days of EWCM (it's an indication of a rise in estrogen not an LH surge) - most people will get the surge a day or so AFTER EWCM has stopped and then ovulate 12-36 hours after that
