Am I not ovulating?

I am on Cycle 10 TTC #1 but I am not sure if I am ovulating? My cycles are all over the place and the last few cycles I have tracked ovulation with Clear Blue and after getting my Peak reading AF usually arrives 11dpo with spotting from 9po, but this month I am now 18dpo with slight spotting but no AF and a BFN - is it possible to get a peak reading and not actually ovulate? Is there anything I can do to find out if I am ovulating? I think there may be something wrong which is making it difficult to conceive...

Not sure I can help but I wanted to just say you aren’t alone - it’s so frustrating 😔. Someone more knowledgeable will be along to help I’m sure but I believe that the OPK’s only let us know when the LH surge is happening and doesn’t guarantee ovulation. I’m temping alongside as the temperatures change hand in hand helps pinpoint actual ovulation. I believe some people can get more than one surge.

@needsomebabydust are you temping? I agree with @poptypingchef that OPKs only let you know if you’ve had a surge; not that you’ve Ov.
Have you traveled, changed exercise or been stressed lately?
When we were coming back from Honeymoon, my Ov was delayed for about a week even though my body geared up for it twice, so it caused a really late AF with a BFN - awful for getting hopes up!
