Bbt when crossing timezones

Hello all, looking for some advice. I'm due to ovulate this week but I'm struggling to know how accurate my bbt will be as I'm now in the USA (normally I live in UK), also the weather is so different. My bbt appears to be running much higher here than it has been but I'm fairly sure I've not ovulated yet, so I've disregarded the last 3 days temps.

Thanks @ELW85 I saw that before I believe, but it doesn't account for my temps being so high right now. Oh well, I may just not know if I've ovulated this month. All OPKs are negative so far, not a hint of a line.

@Whyhaveidonethis - there’s a bit of advice on it in my Fertility book - I’ll dig that out for you and post it :)
When I went to the US, the jet lag screwed me up so much that it delayed Ov by a week, so it might be that your cycle is disturbed by it a bit?
