Implantation bleed?

Can implantation bleed be like a regular period? Mine came 3 days early and heavy for 2 days then lightened off but still today (day 7) I'm getting a little watery blood only after the loo, unusual for me as my pms usually last 3/4 days. Did a hot and it was negative,,any advice

If it was IB then you wouldn't get a BFP until at least 2/3 days afterwards as it takes time for HCG levels to build up after implantation. Test again in 3 days. Hope you get the result you want x

It sounds like a period, really. Implantation isn't usually heavy - most times it doesn't happen at all, and when it does it's usually a few drops . Heavy bleeding for two days and then light sounds like a period.
