Hi, so wondering if I can get some advise from you lovely ladies. I had a mc back in January at 6 weeks. It was tough. Anywho we have got through it. Today I should of started Af and have had cramps like she was on her way on and off all day. My stomach is very bloated and breasts are sore. This is what led me to test. I used a cheap one which showed a faint line and then a first response which came up straight away. I’m scared because I don’t eat it to go like the last one but also excited. Just wondering if any of you know what these Cramps are? They are in the middle and like I said it’s as if I could fart my life away (apologies for the imagery) and they are very similar to cramps before Af. Thanks ladies xxx

I had really bad period pain like cramps for a week or two when I was first pregnant. It made me feel like I wasn’t going to stay pregnant but happily I did. The midwife I eventually got later in the pregnancy said it sounded like pain from implantation. I hope it turns out to be the same for you!

Congratulations!! I've had terrible cramps for a few weeks and kept thinking AF must be on the way despite lines getting darker. It was actually really painful and I kept wondering how a baby could survive this. It did and will be one year old in a few days 😳 your uterus is stretching and getting used the this lump of cells and doing its best to make it comfortable for the little one in there. As long as there's no blood / or little blood, you will be fine. 😊

So sorry for your loss 💕 I had an early miscarriage last month and it's made me paranoid (positive tests for 6 days and still not told my husband) I'm testing every day like a woman posses paranoid the line will disappear.

I'm also getting cramping some like af, some quite sharp twinges in my sides so I'm so glad this is normal! I was string to get worried!

Good luck everyone hopefully this sounds like a good sign that the egg is burrowing in 🤞🏻😁💕

Congrats & sorry for your previous MC

I think the cramps are pretty normal, I had them too (on and off for a week or so) and I'm 16w now, all is well.

So much is happening down there, it's not surprising. X

I had bad cramps this time too. So bad I went and bought feminax and panadol in anticipation of a horrific period. Nothing happened and I had a positive test a few days later, I'm now nearly 12weeks.

Thanks ladies, glad to hear this is normal. I’m so bloated and gassy which is adding to this cramping although today does seem to be better. @Abi58 I’m happy for you that you have caught again. It’s tough when you have had a mc but we have to be positive and hope that everything will work out which I’m sure it will this time. Tell your husband it’s good for you both to support each other. My husband said he’s happy but scared and that’s okay. Fx it all works out. Just gonna our this cramping down to some stretching and what not going on down there!

How are you @Claire78564 ?

Claire78564 · 30/06/2019 07:53

Morning :) I’m actually alright. I called the midwife self referral yesterday and mentioned about the cramps. She said it’s completely normal as big as you aren’t doubling in pain and there’s no blood. The cramps seem to come and go but are mostly present after I’ve eaten quite a bit of food...and if I need to go..haha. I’m hoping they will see me sooner rather than later to get the ball rolling just because I’m still feeling anxious about the fact the last one was a mc. How are you? X
