Evap lines getting darker?!

Hey everyone.

Just wondering if anyone has had this before and if so what was the outcome?

I have done quite a few tests in the past few days - all of which seem to have shown no second line within the time frame. I have then gone back to them later in the day to find a second line!

I am guessing they are probably just evap lines... but I just find it strange that they seem to be getting darker as the days go on.

Has anyone else had anything like this before?

I have included a pic in the order that the tests were taken. as you can see the first test I did doesn't really have a line, but the one I did yesterday and the day before the line is quite clear.

I also did a FRER yesterday which looks negative to me.

It's hard to know how many DPO I am as I have only just had my first AF last month after having my 8 month old so I'm not sure that my cycle would be back to normal yet. All I have got to go on is that my last AF was 24th June and I last DTD 15th June.

@cookielove I can sometimes but then not sure if it's just my mind playing tricks! It's weird because Ive never had a problem with evap lines before! So confused!

Could be positive seems unlikely to get Evaps on all of these? Were these over days or a shorter period?

@Abi58 sorry I meant 24th May 🙈 I have been doing one each day for the past 4-5 days. I have used this brand plenty of times in the past and never had evap lines... I'm so confused! X

@Bexy1393 I'd try another frer tomorrow I can definitely see lines 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Abi58 I will do one in the morning and update... wouldn't be surprised if it was the same again 🙈 it will have been 48 hours since the last first response one so hopefully if anything there it would be darker x

@Abi58 I did another FRER this morning and it definitely looks negative 👎🏻 I think I will just give it another few days and if still no AF I will re test.

Yeah they are from Asda...don't know how the evap lines can vary so much!

I'm still breastfeeding my 8 month old so wondering if my hormones could be anything to do with it?!
