Help! Evaporation line or faint positive?

Hi. I'm currently all over the place. I had a D and C a month ago because of a blighted ovum. Symptoms disappeared within a week.
I've been having pregnancy symptoms for the past few days and feel like I did prior to the MC.
I've taken a test and not sure if it's an evaporation line or faint positive. Can you have a look?
If it is positive, it's faint so not sure if it's HcG from MC or early positive.

Sorry, but I don't see any line from that. I see light from behind the casing slightly illuminating the indent line for the dye to sit in the case of a positive.

This test is an early response test.

Did it appear in the timeframe and does it have colour?

hiddeneverythin · 27/06/2019 12:15

I think I see a line. Have you had a negative test since your d&c? Sorry about your mc. It's hard xx

MyDcAreMarvel · 27/06/2019 12:15

It’s definitely showing hcg, did you get negatives previously?

MamaofboysFandE · 27/06/2019 12:55

Mine was very faint with all my pregnancies. Currently 6 weeks pregnant with baby no 3 and had a very faint line when I tested the day of my period. Will attach a picture. I think I see a line with yours too. Have since tested and lines have been getting much darker.

I haven't had a negative test since the MC as the consultant was very sure they'd removed everything. Also, the symptoms went very quickly.

My camera isn't great but there's definitely a line there.

I've now spoken to the nurse and I'm doing a blood test next week if I still haven't had a period. I guess we'll just wait and see.

It appeared within the three minutes, I think it's a faint pink.
I've also looked at HcG levels. Hcg has a half life of 36 hours, I've overestimated how much my HcG and even with that I shouldn't have had any in my system from the middle of this month.

Hi OP. I'm sorry for your loss.

I had a MMC a few months ago resulting in a D and C. The consultant told me that pregnancy tests would remain positive for a few weeks following that.

I hope you get the answer you're looking for.

Michellebops · 27/06/2019 19:09

I had the surgery removal of pregnancy following my miscarriage and still had positive tests for 8weeks afterwards.

The blood test is a good indicator of checking the hcg levels are reducing.

I got my period back when they reached 2.

Good luck ❤️

Thank you all for your comments. We will just have to see what happens.
