I have had blood test results back which found that I had below 1 progesterone and wasn’t ovulating. My period have stopped for 2 months. Just started with ovulation test and need help with working out if any are positive. Any advice would be appreciated if anyone has had some diagnosis :) x

24/6 looks positive to me as the control and test are the sameness darkness.

@Bratt13 - have the docs put you on any meds to help?
I ask as you can have an LH surge but still not Ov.

Bee13 · 27/06/2019 07:04

@ELW85 They’ve not yet, waiting for a scan appointment. I’ve not had many answers really.

@Bee13 - really sorry to hear that; hopefully you won’t have to wait long.
The OPKs on 24/25 look positive to me, but they don’t confirm Ov, just a switch in hormones as your body tries to gear up to Ov.
You need a BBT shift to confirm if you’ve Ov or not (as progesterone (dominant hormone after Ov) increases your temp) but if you don’t track your temps at the moment, and from CD1, you won’t know if there’s a shift or not.
Sorry there’s not much more insight to be had, but hopefully you get your appointment soon!

I agree 24/6 looks positive - but I was doing the tests at least twice a day as I found that I otherwise I could miss the surge. Hope you have some good news soon.
