Just need someone to talk to about my symptoms. All a bit new to me

So I stopped my pill on the 14th that was the last day I took it after just 7 days. DTD 15th and 16th
That Sunday I started with cramps. Had what I guess was a withdrawal bleed til the weds. DTD Friday Saturday twice Sunday. (partner works away)
I haven't really stopped cramping. It was going now it's back. I had sore boobs.
Toilet more. I have insomnia and iv had about 8 hours last few nights and still tired.
I haven't been off the pill for 5 years so it's all a bit new. I look bloated but I don't feel it I just feel a bit full in that area and aches and pains and lower back stiffness started when I stopped the pill too.

It's possible that you ovulated soon after your withdrawal bleed ended. It's difficult to say whether your symptoms are related to coming off the pill and your hormones regulating themselves, or pregnancy. It's probably just a case of waiting now. Do you remember how long your cycles were pre-pill? Because you could calculate how many days your period should come if you ovulated Fri/Sat/Sun.

@bezalelle I think it was a regular 28 day one. I'm using that ovia app and I counted from withdrawal bleed because I didn't know what else to do. If that's anything to go by I'm fertile this weekend and I'll be due on in a few weeks.. but I'm away then so I hope not lol
