So I got my bfp this morning (providing I'm not hallucinating 😁)
So so excited and happy but also very nervous and worried as last month I had a chemical pregnancy (early miscarriage) last month and am worried it could happen again so keeping everything crossed 🤞🏻that this is a sticky baby!

So after fertilisation your immune system weakens and that's why u get cold?
I'm really trying to not get my hopes up cos then I'll end up even more gutted.

Good thanks still nervous af due today or tomorrow so keeping everything crossed but looking as promising as can be. Had blood test about half hour ago got another on Monday to confirm levels rising 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Would u say I'm 5 or 6dpo today? The positive ovulation tests were on Saturday.

They normally say you ovulate 12-36 hours after so I'd say Sunday would be a good o day for you meaning Monday was 1dpo so today is 5dpo 😁

Yay @Abi58 it makes it seem so real to see it in words. I had this with fmu, very happy. Decoded to stop testing and book early scan for 7ish weeks. Glad you've had the blood tests, hopefully it'll put your mind at ease.

I think it's safe to tell your DH now as those are some very strong lines.

This is my first post, but just wondering about IB. Never had it before but my period this month came 3 days early. Heavy for 2 days, passed a few clots(sorry!) , and then lightened off, but lasted so far 7 days..mostly when I wipe it's a little watery blood, I usually only get 3/4 day period so I'm finding this strange..extremely tired too but I did a hpt 2 days after when I should have got my period and it was negative, any ideas what's going on this month!!

@Abi58 those test have become crazy dark now!! I know you won't, but you should probably stop testing - they're so dark now that you're going to freak out if one of the tests has slightly less dye in it and so don't get as dark.

I also just got my bfp so I'll begin testing like mad like you too. The line is super faint, which is what I had last month. My lines last month never got as dark as yours did before I lost it, even though a week or so after AF was due before MC. I'm just hoping this one lasts a bit longer (hopefully nine months longer)

@1scooby14 I'm not an expert, but the amount of blood and clots you've described sounds too much for implantation, more likely your period. Maybe you had a chemical pregnancy/early MC which would explain the clots and why it lasted longer - I don't usually get clots with AF but I did pass a fair few with MC as well as some tissue which I guessed was the sac. I'm so sorry if this is what's happened
