So I went for a scan Friday I'm nearly 9 weeks and she said it looks like baby stopped growing around 5 weeks she's referred me to EPU which I'm going tomorrow, I've had no bleeding but today I've got like lower period pains, I just wondered if anyone knew if the worst had happened at which point will baby come away naturally ?
I'm constantly going to the toilet to check, could these pains mean that it's going to happen soon ?
I'm just about to start a 12 hour shift and I feel completely on edge xx

Sorry you're going through this @SamRwl. What th my mmc, I had brown spotting that got heavier and clotty for 2 days then the red bleeding started. I had around 8 hours of intense cramps and bleeding and I knew when the sac had passed. I was at home and when the contraction type pain started I just went to the toilet. I used a wheat bag and painkillers.

I was 9+4 when I miscarried but the baby was only 5+ weeks.

I didn't work from the day it was suspected a mmc until the week after I passed everything which was nearly a month in total. Luckily my manager was really supportive.

Take care Flowers
