Clear blue OPK HELP!!

I’ve been using the cheapie OPKs for a while now with little or no success. Different times, multiple times a day and I almost always get a faint line but have never managed to achieve a positive. I put this down to me trying to use at work in a very small intrusive office.

So I decided to go with the CB digital OPKs thinking it would make life so much easier as FMU can be used.

I followed the instructions to the letter and am basically getting the error message that says I’m using to much or too little urine. As I’m using a sample rather than POAS i dipped for 15secs (i timed it) as per the instructions but again I’m getting an error message!!!!!!!

Anyone able to offer advice?

Did you pee on it whilst it was inserted in the reader?

I had an error on mine recently,i was told to pee on the stick then insert it, it will read error then insert new stick and pee on that to get a reading, , apparently it resets it.

Worked for mine dont know if it will help but worth a try

No I used a sample instead - it said 15secs if you were dipping it. I wanted to make sure I was accurate as I find POAS a bit hit or miss.

Funnily enough I tried reinserting the original one after the error message disappeared and it just said error and then tried again with another one and it said error again

Whatever way you use the stick whether its peeing on or dipping make sure its inserted into the holder first or it wont work properly. I used clearblue OPK every time TTC and wouldn't use anything else

Could you try pouring it on to the stick, remember its whilst its in the reader too. If not i would call the help line when they open to see what they suggest

Thanks @mrsc1987 and @Sparkle0109 hopefully when I try again tomorrow I’ll have more success. I find it weird that it’s less time for peeing on it than dipping in the sample so maybe I should try less and see if it works.

SUCCESS!!! Thanks @mrsc1987 and @Sparkle0109 I think the 15 secs was too much - who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Either was I got that circle ⭕️ so I’m getting there and I’m glad I started early before I’m due to ovulate!
