Every 3 weeks and 3 days I have a period lasting 5-7 days.

What about everyone else?

Does this mean I am most likely to fall pregnant the beginnig of the second week after my period?!?!

I would say days that 9-16 are probably your most likely days for conception. I was always told that the best time was the middle week of the cycle. Worked for me 3 times.

With your (lovely) short cycles it could indeed be as early as day 7 or 8. But could be as late as day 14 as everyone ovulates at a different point in their cycle - there's no set formula.

If you weren't ovulating until day 16 you might find a problem with the length of your luteal phase (the bit from O to af) as it's possible that there wouldn't be time for implantation. But it's much more likely that days 8 - 14 are the ones to go for IMO.

I've mainly picked this up from MN - there are lots of people on here with great advice, but thought I'd add my two cents as I've got a short(er) LP and didn't want you to stop bd'ing too early!!

Thanks to a member of mumsnet.com I found out the best book in the world, concerning timing of an intercourse in order to get pregnant. It is called "Taking charge of your fertility". It is absolutely great!
