2nd missed period, not pregnant!

2nd missed period! Last month I missed my period as I had nothing but one wipe of a bit of spotting, blood test two weeks ago they said came back normal (which I took as negative obv!!)
Had a spare test so did it, BFN.
Time to start googling premenopausal???Hmm
I'm 34, could be?🤷🏼‍♀️
