Hello, after stopping contraception at the beginning of January I have not had a successful attempt at a baby yet. It has been 6 months so I am wondering if I should keep trying and not worry yet? Thanks ladies

Hey, I stopped my pill January too! Have you been using OPK'S? And tracking your BBT? I have but still no luck yet

Hey I stopped taking the pill last September time and got pregnant April this year (miscarried) it can take a while up to a year is normal. We have only had that one pregnancy in the time. Try not to worry

Hi @GemSmith738 yes I have been using both, and the app Natural Cycles to track BBT! X

Hi @pia2018 no words of advice but just wanted to say I have also been TTC since January and still not pregnant. NHS say its quite normal to take a year to conceive in healthy couples so try not to worry yet xx

Thank you @rachel59pink ❤️ I had super sore nipples, lower back pain and keep peeing. But I generally thought no surely not! I went for a wee and had a feeling I should check x
