Hi all,
I am determined to pinpoint ovulation this month however the CM side of things confused me slightly.
I get that you have the creamy CM before your period is due and that’s easy to tell but it’s the pre ovulation EWCM that I’m having trouble with..
What would be the the difference between that and what I am experiencing now on CD 9 for instance, where it’s watery and slightly slippery?
And sorry to be graphic, but is the best way to know what CM you have for sure it’s to put a finger in as supposed to just seeing what’s there when you wipe/what’s in your underwear?

Hi 😁 I'm no expert (in fact quote the opposite but I've been doing it for 2 months now)

I would t rely on solely that for ov as you can get multiple fertile patches in your cycle and everyone is slightly different. So far I've not experience creamy. Mine is

Not to be disgusting but my EWCM is like snot. I don't check internally as it's noticeable to me on the toilet paper when I wipe. You should be able to stretch it about an inch between your fingers x

As soon as ovulation is gone it gets more and mire sticky. Pre ovulation creamy

Mine is definitely egg white, slippy, stretchy and bizarrely shiny too. It looks just like egg white, not creamy at all. I get that though but that's before ovulation. Last time I got egg white I got a positive OPK

Hi everyone does anyone know what would be typical CM after ovulation but before period due if your are hoping to be pregnant?

@RoxyP I've read it's not great for predicting pregnancy as you can have a certain type and be pg but also not be pg. apt of people day like white a creamy google leukorrhea

I got a bfp last month which unfortunately ended in an early misscarrige by my Cm was sticky after ov and stayed that way

Once you get to know your body after a few cycles it'll be blindingly obvious when you've got ewcm, having said that some people report never getting it but most do and you see it on the toilet paper after a wee. It's long strands of snotty stringy stuff or sometimes big globs or clear jelly.

I didn't get creamy cm when pregnant for a long time, maybe even into the second trimester. Just a bit of that thick white progesterone cm.
