Pregnacare and finally getting a positive OPK. Coincidence?

I have been having trouble getting a positive OPK since Feb this year (I never had that problem before). This month I decided to take Pregnacare before conception and I finally got a positive test. My fern tests seemed different also. They seemed clearer, like I knew when It changed to fertile period rather then constant ferning. Can they effect hormones or is it just a coincidence?

I can't answer your question for you unfortunately but I have had a similar experience. Came off the pill in March as my husband and I decided we'd not actively TTC, but be more relaxed about the whole thing. I thought I'd conceived in April but turns out it wasn't the case and I was really disappointed. Started to take Pregnacare conception tablets in May and lo and behold, I got a BFP at the beginning of June and currently 5+6.
Not sure if the vitamins had anything to do with it but I did think it was coincidental!

Congratulations @S082018 . My sister also started Pregnacare in May and she said that was the only thing she did different that cycle. She got her BFP after 7 months of trying
