Think I'm 1 dpo- temps yet to confirm. Dtd 2 nights ago before DP went away. Hopefully that's enough but feel quite infused at the mo. Sperm analysis is booked 2nd of July so kinda feel like I'm waiting on that answer now.

Really sorry to hear how you’re feeling; you’re incredibly strong for going on the journey you’ve been on so far. I’m pleased you’re being kind to yourself; you more than deserve it and you will get there.

@larrydavid @Lozzlepop - thanks ladies, I’m feeling way more positive than I was :) I realise I’m probably over analysing everything but time is not on my side and even the doc said I needed to get preggers before 35, so she’s happy to pursue tests etc.

I’m done in after a night of circuits - have a lovely night everyone (esp those DTD!)

@Lozzlepop Ahh what a lovely message on the old thread!! I am just trying to take it one day at a time at the moment. We are both off for a week after today, going to the Lakes for a few days and then just having a ‘staycation’ and it couldn’t have come at a better time I don’t think!

@ValidUser Sorry you’re having a rubbish time. I don’t want to sound over dramatic (especially as I know you’re a doctor!) but have you considered counselling? I found it incredibly beneficial earlier this year. We are all always here for you as your unofficial therapists too of course :)

@FlorenceLane don't be disheartened. I'm on exactly the same time line as you.
The ladies and gentlemen on here have been incredible and I truly believe we will get our bfp, its all about timing and mindset.

We will be mothers and then ironically be part of other threads fretting about our kids too!

@FlorenceLane Please don’t worry; it can take even the healthiest of women a year to conceive. I know that sounds like forever but there’s no reason before that to think there is anything wrong :) Just persevere and try not to let it consume you - staying positive about the whole thing will help so much in the long run! Just keep taking a pre-natal vitamin, try and eat well and do some exercise and just crack on, you’ll get there x

@ValidUser I'm okay thankyou, AF turned up horribly for me and I felt crappy so I just disappeared for a bit. I'm starting to feel better (although I think a lot of it is waiting for ovulation to turn up) but I'll get there. How are you? Feeling any better? X

@ELW85 thanks for the FF temperature point. I didn’t realise you couldn’t change mid-cycle. I had only input 2 temps so I just redid them in Fahrenheit.

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet recently, AF arrived last weekend and it really affected me (sorry if I told you all already my memory is shocking).

Now on Cycle 2 and can start DTD this weekend.

Also I have looked back on my info for last cycle. I was only doing one opk at first so I think I missed ovulation and it was actually much earlier in the month.

This cycle I’m doing two OPKs a day and also tracking temps so hopefully I will catch it.

Where snouts is everyone up to in their cycle?

Anyone got any nice plans for the weekend?

@XjustagirlX sorry you had a hard time last month - it's amazing how disappointing AF can feel. I haven't had them for 15 years and just remember when I did, always feeling relieved when I got my period! Little did I know how bloody complicated ttc actually is. School teachers would have you believe that just looking at a boy would get you preggers! I'm on cycle day 12. Still no high fertility. Fingers crossed ov comes soon!

I'm continuing with SMEP - still no flashing smiley so I think I'm going to have to get creative in a tent in a field at glasto 😬
We're also starting to plan the wedding - with absolutely no commitment on timelines just yet. It's tricky with our parents asking us for wedding dates (why does everyone do that?!) they obviously have no idea that we have other conflicting priorities right now! Fun times.

@Larrydavid yeah my mum has been to one so have gone to the same one. Need me there is also a natural fertility clinic so can go there for massages/reflexology and acupuncture as well. Xx

@XjustagirlX I'm somewhere between 4 and 6 dpo I think. Didn't get a positive on OPK at all but temp is up so who know!! Don't feel too disheartened. I remember feeling so crap the first couple of cycles that I didn't get pregnant but much more chilled now weirdly!

So daft symptoms spotting today, on prep for holiday went for bikini wax and have epilated legs and underarms. It was no where near as sore as normal. Boobs a bit tender too but that seems to be a new pre-AF thing for me there days.

Sorry I missed your BFP announcement and didn't congratulate @MrsEG ! it's been a busy few days and haven't caught up on the thread as I usually do! massive congratulations 😍

DH has sprung a date night on me so I’m super excited :) steak here we come!!

@Larrydavid - the doc just said that risk of complications go up quite steeply after 35 and your chances of conceiving go down to about 60% in 12 months, so to get pregnant before then.
I’m 34 (Feb) so have some time, but not all of the time in the world!

So jealous of your Glasto trip...not so much the tent sex, haha!

@purplefig - gutted to not have you around, but so happy that you graduated and got your BFP :D you’ll be an amazing mother; have the best 9 months ever!! Xx

I’ve had such a crap day today I’m so glad to be home and on the sofa- OPK lighter again tonight but had some pains earlier so think it’s OV, not sure if I’ve got it in me to DTD tonight 😴 out for drinks tomorrow so hoping it’s a nice day and that we can head to a beer garden! What’s everyone’s weekend plans? Xx
