After a month of weird periods, more spotting than I've ever had, boobs that are fire, I finally did a test. I had "AF" last month and I'm cd22 😯

Thank you! To say I'm in shock is an understatement...we've just had a referral to fertility, my bloods said I wasn't ovulating just 2 cycles ago...such mind games! Just hope it sticks 😬

Spotting continues...no longer brown Cm but pink with odd bit of red 😪

Try not to worry. If spotting stays light it should be fine. Some women spot or even have a bleed early pregnancy and it turns out fine. If it gets worse or cramping etc then call epu

Thanks @Mamabear12... first time ever with a positive test so no idea what to expect etc. Had brown Cm now for about 2 weeks, so this pink/red is new. Some cramping but not like AF would be, more like stretching and pulling if that even makes sense. Would be so much easier if I knew how far along I am, I'd phone without hesitation if I knew I was further on. X

When did you get the positive test? When you got the positive, you count that as 4 weeks, then once you are 6 weeks get an early scan. This way you can see baby. Don't do earlier then 6 weeks, as usually it shows nothing. This is my third pregnancy and the only one I had a bit of spotting when my period was due and even a drop of blood.

@Mamabear12 my last 2 cycles haven't been typical 28/30 days so I'm really unsure.

Bleeding now heavier and more AF like so I'm guessing it's game over this time round x

I had some fairly heavy bleeding and bad cramps last pregnancy and the scan showed he was all fine.

ah yes, if its more like Aunt Flo, it could just be like a chemical pregnancy, where its lost very early on. However, make sure to get a scan to confirm, as I have two friends who have had heavy bleeds and went on to have healthy pregnancies.

Are you wearing a sanitary towel? Might be worth wearing one if not and keeping the pad... I know it sounds gross but it will give you a better idea of how much you are bleeding and the colour changes. I have sadly had three miscarriages so am aware how anxious you must be feeling. As others have said it most probably is simply implantation pain and bleeding, so try to stay positive. Also try taking another test in a couple of days... hopefully the line will be even stronger which would be very reassuring. Also try to get a digital one which tells you how many weeks you are. Really hope everything works out for you.

Bright red and got some very small clots... I've taken a clear blue weeks one this morning and it's estimating 4/5 weeks. I've had to use a towel, and I've taken a photo in case I have an follow up at the docs. I'll take a test on wed/thurs for a clue as whether it's game over or not. Feeling crappy...what a rollercoaster, x

@aprilclimbs persistent and red, not enough to fill a pad though, no clots or tissue but some thin strands that I can only describe as congealed blood (sorry TMI). Cramps and aches at my sides like kidney area. EPU have been amazing though, they have warned it could be early and nothing to see but they'll check anyway to make sure that if it is MC that it's come away itself, but have said she's not convinced it's MC.
If it is early and it is an MC, how soon would symptoms fade? My boobs are still killing me 🙈 xx

Still spotting red, only when wiping now. Still not been any tissue or clots. Cramps off and on, sore sides, tight bottom of my back and feeling sick off and on. Got another frer to do tomorrow morning before appt....if the line has faded, I know what to expect x
