I’m confused over results

I had a small amount of bleeding 13/6 when I wiped. Nothing else at all since. Don’t really keep track of AF as not trying to conceive but lack of proper AF made me test. I don’t know if it is as one had a faint line then tested again and nothing

I can see a line in all three pictures.

Bimbop5 · 18/06/2019 06:09

Me too

Finallyfeelstrong · 18/06/2019 06:24

Thank you for quick replies,

I’m even more confused about it all now as I had sterilisation in 2008!

I have found that OH aftershave and my perfume that I’ve worn for years smells awful and makes me want to be sick.

That's definitely a positive test! I would contact your GP asap and ask for their advice - you were sterilised 11 years ago is that right?

anitagreen · 18/06/2019 11:26

How was you sterilised? I only ask as my aunt had one done with clips and one came off and she had another child. Good luck either way x

Finallyfeelstrong · 18/06/2019 18:44

I was told that both were cut, cauterised and small piece taken as I’ve had 5 c-sections but I was told all this whilst coming round from G.A and struggling to breathe because of a blood clot. I never really thought to ask as I was just relieved it had been done and thought it was permanent.

Sexnotgender · 18/06/2019 18:48

Oh gosh they are definitely positive! You need to phone your gp tomorrow.

Finallyfeelstrong · 18/06/2019 18:55

Thank you for all your advice anitagreen was your aunts pregnancy ok with out complications as I just keep thinking any child I had now would be younger than my grandchildren!

These tests are notoriously bad for false positives too so you could take a pink dye test like first response or a pound shop one and if you still see a line on there then I'd take it further. Speak to GP also

Finallyfeelstrong · 18/06/2019 19:00

I picked up first response and clearblue tests today as well and had a series of different lines too.
It’s just very surreal and I keep thinking it will eventually turn up but I’m a week late tomorrow.

I think I will wait another week and see what happens as I’m sterilised it doesn’t seem possible I could be pregnant after so long

anitagreen · 18/06/2019 19:35

If you want to post pics of the pink ones I don't mind having a look how do you feel about if If you are pregnant ?x

Apolloanddaphne · 18/06/2019 19:39

Oh my, what a shock. That certainly looks like a positive. How do you feel about having another?

Finallyfeelstrong · 18/06/2019 23:02

It doesn’t seem real and I just keep thinking to myself I will wait as it can’t possibly be correct.

I’m just so busy with work I don’t see how I could even fit in a doctor’s appointment at the moment.

It wasn’t something I had planned on or thought of!

OP posts:
Finallyfeelstrong · 19/06/2019 03:10

Can’t sleep as I just keep thinking about this

It’s seems so surreal and keep thinking I willget my AF any minute!
My grandchild will be older than my child 😩

OP posts:
Lostoldusername · 19/06/2019 18:27

Have you done anymore tests?

Finallyfeelstrong · 19/06/2019 18:37

I have just had to rush to the bathroom as I felt a rush of something wet!
Looks like my period has started but I’ve never ever had anything like it before. It has the same consistency and colour of the blood that would happen if you had cut yourself open. It’s very runny and I was covered.

So obviously was a false alarm

OP posts:
anitagreen · 19/06/2019 19:11

I wonder if you've had a chemical pregnancy? Where it's very early and it doesn't attach so it's like a early miscarriage id still arrange a gp appointment to just discuss all this though. Hope you're okay

pinkoi · 19/06/2019 20:23

If it's unlike your period I would get checked out just to be sure because those tests really do look positive and if you have had some sort of early loss you may well conceive again.
Has the bleeding slowed down at all??

Xx

@Finallyfeelstrong You need to see a dr. First to check there are no retained conception products and secondly to see if your sterilisation has reversed itself. Given your situation, detailed on another thread, the last thing you need is another child added to the situation.
