Help! Coming off Cerazette

Hi,

So I am new to this, myself and my other half finally (!) decided I'd come off the pill. I came off cerazette (POP) on 1st June and still haven't had a withdrawal bleed. I've had cramps and sore boobs / nipples on and off for a week or so.

Anyone experienced the same, or know how long I should wait until I should speak to a GP? Could there be an underlying issue if I haven't had withdrawal bleed?

I just want to get my cycle back on track so I can track it properly.

I should mention I'm 31 and haven't been pregnant before.

6 months before you see the GP. I didn't get a withdrawal bleed coming off cerezette, just had a period 4 weeks after stopping.

It took exactly 5 weeks after i stopped taking it for me to have a withdrawal bleed when i stopped taking it i was on it for about 10 years.

I didn't have a withdrawal bleed, not everyone does. It did take me 10 weeks to get my first period too. So try not to worry and give it time.

I came off it in August 2018 and I didn't have a withdrawal bleed. I had a proper period 4-5 weeks later. I got back into a normal rhythm every 26 days straight away which amazed me

I came off cerazette end of August and was pregnant by October. In that time
I had one period.

I came off mine, and fell pregnant within 4 weeks, no withdrawal bleed. Was obvs trying but didn't expect it to happen so quick.

I also came off the mini pill on 1st June and haven’t had a withdrawal bleed, I don’t find that strange/worrying at all. Would expect it 28 days afterwards.
Or actually not at all, as I have a feeling I am pregnant :-/
But last time I came off the pill it took 28 days anyway

Took six weeks for my period to come back, then fell pregnant on the second try.

I only had concerns as usually if I forget two or three days I spot, so just feeling a bit odd.

I think I will try a pregnancy test - just in case

It took my 8 weeks to get a period. So try and be patient- although difficult if you want to get on with trying! For a month after stopping the pill I had cramps and nausea too. You'll likely ovulation first before your first period so an opportunity to fall pregnant straight away if you are lucky!

I was going to say - any chance you're pregnant? I fell pregnant within a couple of days after coming off cerazette without ever having a period x
