Help- TTC for 2 years and 39 in two weeks, is there any hope?

We have been TTC pretty much every month since August 2017, so coming up two years. I am 39 in 2 weeks. My other half is 44. We have tried everything. Spend fortunes on ovulation tests etc but given up on them now as they were causing stress. Ive been diagnosed with mild endometriosis and one blocked tube, however I was advised to still carry on. I am getting so desperate now :( . Does anyone think I have any hope of conceiving naturally? We both were reluctant to use IVF for various reasons, especially cost. Any tips or advice would be hugely appreciated.

EDIT* I have had around 6 day 21 tests which show I am ovulating regularly so that's not an issue.

Hi @Clove86
I feel your pain. I'm 37 and have been TTC since Nov'17

On ur CD32 tests did everything else come up in the normal range? Honestly if I was you I would ask GP to send you for urgent referral for fertility clinic cos there's so much they can do before IVF
It could just be medication to help u along

Would you not get referred and they can give you a full MOT?
Also has ur other half had his SA?

@Broodyaf Yes my day 21's were always very good! I have already been referred which is how they found out I had some mild endometriosis and one blocked fallopian tube. Everything was fine with my other half. Anyone got any advice, tips or support? So fed up :(
