What were your early symptoms?

So my ovulation app says I was fertile between the 3rd of June to the 8th and for about 8 days I've had such SORE boobs, where my nipples are really sensitive, and dark. I had thick white creamy discharge (tmi sorry) about 3 days ago now, and I get cramps in my lower stomach and pain in my back. Walking up the road seems like a marathon now and I get so warm at night and nausea all day. But my period isn't until the 20th June. I just wanted to know if anyone had any similar symptoms/stories and found themselves to be PG. And what should I do?

Hi @Han2301, we're just bumping this thread for you - hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along soon with some advice and support. Flowers. Also, moving this over to the conception board for you.

Sneezing loads has been my first symptom in all my pregnancies.

YouBoggleMyMind · 18/06/2019 10:30

If your period is due in a couple of days, it's possibly it'll show on a test. Buy a first response, early response with pink dye. Good luck.

This sounds very similar to me - I took a test 10dpo and got a positive so maybe try that? If your symptoms are that strong then you may well get a positive. Good luck!

Hi - just thought I'd give an update.
I still have really sore nipples, which have gone dark and heavy. However this morning I woke up to some blood (even though my period isn't due for another 2/3 days?)

The problem - and the crazy-making - thing is, pregnancy symptoms can also be a sign of your period. I would take a FRER and see.

Han2301 · 18/06/2019 13:47

It's just confusing for me because the bleedings proper light compared to what I usually get, but I will do a FR test

All of my pregnancies the symptoms mimic period. So much so two of the times I was/am pregnant (I am now pregnant with my third), I actually was so convinced my period was coming I went out of my way to buy/bring pads/tampons with me as we were going on holiday when my period was due. First time, I was visiting my mom in the US and I made her drive me to the store because I was going to get my period the next day (had work in the office so wanted to bring the supplies with me). Well, my period didn't show. I didn't test for a week though, as I was convinced it was late due to travels (it was my first time trying and didn't think I could be pregnant, as I heard it takes months). For my recent pregnancy, I was so bloated and spotted (just like I spot before my periods) so I told my husband we are out again (had been trying a few months) and that we would need to get more serious about trying. I brought boxes of tampons and pads on holiday, drank daily (until my due date and p didn't show)...then found out I was pregnant! The other times I thought I was pregnant, I was not! It always seems to be when I least expect it.

I found out last Thursday that I'm pregnant (day before AF was due) after testing like crazy on the days leading up to finding out. My symptoms were that my boobs got bigger, I had bad cramping, exhaustion and felt a little nauseous. Since then I just feel constantly bloated, have slight twinges and feel a bit sick at times. Have you tested yet?

Han2301 · 18/06/2019 17:35

I think the way I am bleeding is an early period but I'm going to wait out the bleeding then do a test

I'd just do a test, it could be implantation bleeding if it's might. I had this at 5 weeks (when I found out), 7 and 9 weeks.

Han2301 · 19/06/2019 14:18

So I didn't do a test yesterday but I woke up today to heavy red bleeding, so AF.
