3 positive tests when period 3 weeks ago?

Hiya guys,
So I have endometriosis, and i went through a miscarriage in February. Since then my periods have been all over the place ! Some months I'm a week early or a week late so I can never tell when I'm ovulating. My last bleed started on the 28th of may (I wasnt due on till the 6th June) and finished on the 1st June. Now (16th june) I've done 3 tests over the past 3 days and they've come back with positive lines. Technically I should be in my fertile window. Can anyone help me out? Really unsure on what to make of it! TIA

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. If the tests all came up within the time and have colour congratulations :)
It might not have been a period, you can bleed and think it's a period when it's not. Try and do a digital test and see how many weeks it says or go to the dr and explain and they will do blood tests or possibly a scan to date. 😁🤞🏻 for you

Also it could just be a short cycle? I have 23 day cycles so when I find out I'm pregnant I'm only ever about 3 weeks.

I have a 6 month old in my lap ... I had about 7 positives 3 weeks after the start of my period.

Thank you ladies :) I've got fingers crossed too but was trying not to get my Hope's up too much cause the timings didnt seem right. I'll leave it for now and wait for a week or so to see what happens !
