Could I be?!

I have been having pregnancy symptoms for the last week and a half or so... but am still getting negative tests.

My boobs and nipples have been sore (main thing that told me I was pregnant with my three boys) I've been really tired, and on the 6th June I noticed what looked like implantation bleeding, however tests are saying not pregnant.
I am on Cerezette so I know chances are slim (though have stopped taking it since having symptoms as I'm worried that if I am I may harm baby)
I will admit I have occasionally forgotten pill, obviously told husband when this has happened, and I had a stomach bug around 2 months ago.
I would love to be pregnant again, I don't have periods on the pill, just an occasional breakthrough bleed. Never have sore boobs usually, not even when I'm off pill, it has only ever been a pregnancy symptom for me. Could I be pregnant and it's just not showing up yet? Or is it all in my head?!

The general rule is that if you have enough pregnancy hormones in your system for symptoms, you have enough for a positive pregnancy test. So symptoms with a negative test are usually down to other things. If you've missed some pills, your spotting and other symptoms might be due to a withdrawal bleed and your hormones being a bit off maybe?

I agree with @Ohana6419 and taking the pill while pregnant won't harm the baby so just carry on taking and stop if you get a positive test. The pill stops ovulation and thins the lining so unable to implant so if already pregnant it won't affect anything. 🤞🏻 you get the result you want.

Yeh maybe, only missed the odd one now and again tho, only 1 or 2 a month, is that enough to throw my hormones off balance? I got my hopes up a bit as I'd love one more, husband is happy with three though.
