Hi ladies

Just wondered if anyone had one of the Ava bracelets and whether they thought they were worth money?
How long did you wear it to get a baseline? A full cycle?
Also anyone know of a discount code?

Thanks x

It's worth looking on eBay - lots of people sell second hand after they get pregnant

Abi58 · 16/06/2019 08:17

@fnej01 there's a thread floating around on here where loads of people have put their discount codes, but I agree try eBay :) can't help with the other questions as I don't own one, although I think it does take a few cycles to get to know you but not sure about a baseline.

Thanks ladies just looking on eBay now. I'll also try to find the old thread x
Thanks

I have one. I really like it - traditional temping doesn’t work for me as my sleep patterns are all over the place. It also ‘got used’ to me very fast - I actually got a BFP first cycle but sadly miscarried, using it again this month.
I do have a discount code if you want to buy new I’ll fish it out now for you - there is the option online now though to just buy the bracelet and not the subscription - this is what I did! It makes it £100 cheaper.

Here’s the money off link: avawomen.ref-r.com/c/i/12607/30450633

Good luck whatever you decide to do!

@MrsEG thanks for message. I am just reading reviews but think I will buy it new offline. Have managed to find a £20 discount code too. Haven't seen an option without subscription though. Do I do that at payment or before? Thanks for the help x

Oh how annoying! I just looked and it’s not there - must have been on offer when I got mine. I really do recommend it especially if you can’t always wake up at exactly the same time etc - as long as you get a solid 4 hours sleep the tracker can get accurate data. Also tracks other things like your resting heart rate etc which can also be an early pregnancy indicator. Enjoy! Xx

fnej01 · 16/06/2019 09:10

Thanks think I will go ahead anyway. I have never temped as i didn't want to wake up at 6am on weekends. I like to catch up sleep on weekends. Many thanks x

I love mine! One cycle is all it took it get to know me and it’s bang on with opk. Did the discount code work ok? If not here’s mine avawomen.ref-r.com/c/i/12607/31121762

fnej01 · 16/06/2019 15:04

I got mine this month and I'm really happy with it overall. I think it got my ovulation date a bit wrong, but it's only cycle 1 with it and I only temped for 3/4 of a cycle. It's great just going to sleep and knowing I will have my temperature there waiting for me in the morning without having to worry about doing it at the same time each day.

fnej01 · 21/06/2019 23:46

Thanks for all the help ladies. Ava bracelet arrived today and so first night tonight, I'm weirdly excited to see the data in the morning. In case anyone needs a code in the future

I been ttc for 8 years and ummed and ahed about getting it for about two, mainly due to the cost but I took the plunge and I have to say it's the best decision ever! The information I get every morning is fascinating but the best bit is I'm.not second guessing myself so much! I can have a 7 day difference in my cycle and I'd get my hope's up if I was late every time but now I have a better idea of when I've ovulated and how long my luteal phase is I dont seem to feel that stress. Currently still using the opks as I'm only in my seond month and it takes 3 months for it to get used to your body.

Cant put a price on peace of mind and becoming a mummy....
Atleast I know I've tried everything.

Baby dust all round guys and here's a current discount code for £20 off.

Xxx
