BBT 36.67 degrees

Hi,

So I’ve been doing my BBt the last 3 weeks, haven’t had my period from coming off the pill over 2 months ago so wanted to start tracking, the highest my bbt has been is 36.48 and this morning it was 36.67 so wondering if I may have possibly ovulated? But getting bad period cramps all day too but no period so don’t know and would appreciate any advice

I think a rise of 0.2 degrees that stays raised for over 3 days shows ovulation but it depends on what your fluctuations have been over the time before it? And if it has been consistently taken (as it can vary quite a bit naturally) cramps could be ovulation so 🤞🏻 for you :)

@Abi58 hopefully I’m just worried how long il be waiting to get my natural cycles back! I’ll be continuing to take it every morning anyway

The first time was wrong and couldn’t delete it as I took it the middle of the day so was a lot lower the rest are 6am when I wake every morning
