13 dpo, spotting since Monday, positive OPK

Hi all,
Please can anyone help?
Basically as the title says..
Spotting very very light and brown up until yesterday when I actually had to put a pad on and now blood is more red and I have a positive OPK this morning.
Can I assume this is now AF and that I’ve just had a strange cycle and I’m out for this cycle?
Thought I had been getting very faint positives all week and what I thought was pg symptoms but I could be having line eyes/wishful thinking tbh...
Any help would be much appreciated x

It could be anything at this stage. It can be normal to bleed in early pg a lot of people mistake it for a light period when they are actually pg. last thing I want to do is scare or worry you but last month I had faint tests for 5 days (not a Quintero's very clearly there but lighter than the control line) unfortunately I started bleeding the day after af was due and then after that I got negative tests (confirmed by drs before and after) so it was a chemical (although I don't like that term) / early miscarriage. If you are concerned I would go to a dr but it could go either way and I hope it works out for you 🤞🏻
Also I was worried as all my lines were faint but the go I saw (as I was worried did a test and confirmed pos) told me line strength doesn't indicate level of hcg it's just how much dye is in the test and a line is a line. 2nd diff dr I saw who confirmed neg told me the same thing.

I also had pg symptoms ...only took the test because I felt so unbelievably sick

@FutureMrsD I am 12dpo and have been spotting since 4dpo. Started as brown spotting which lasted 3 days (no need for a pad) before turning into a light/medium bleed which tapered off quickly (bled 2 days total) and back to brown spotting for a further 3 days. It's only stopped completely today which is also the day AF was actually due. I have no idea what's going on either. It definitely wasn't a period as I've ever known one. I tested this morning and got a BFN but I'm not counting myself out just yet as have had a load of symptoms over the past 10 days that aren't normal for me. I'm going to leave it a few days and test again, if it's still a BFN then I'll accept it hasn't happened this month and concentrate on next month.
