Is this cd1?

Literally just climbing into bed and get red blood so think it's af starting. Would I say cd1 is today or tomorrow?

I would say tomorrow is cd1.

(Tmi) I filled a pad overnight. It's for my own tracking purposes really as I had a mmc and surgical management on 2nd May so have been awaiting af ever since.

CD1 is the first day of a flow, not spotting so if it’s that, count it as day 1.
