So much cramping!

On cycle #6 TTC #3 (DS is 6 - so I haven't been pg for a while!).

Coil was removed in January and we've been trying since then - some months more religiously than others.

My Clue app says that I ovulated 4 days ago. I have had ovulation cramps for over a week now - with very tender boobs. DTD a couple of times (once last week and once on ovulation day) and the cramps and boobs just aren't going.

It's the first month I have really felt that this could be month. Am I being silly...?!?!? Someone speak some sense to me!

Hi I can’t help but I am experiencing similar... app predicted ovulation Tuesday and based on the twinges/ewcm that would be about right. It’s normal for me to get period type ache for 2 days before and the day of ovulation but I’m now 2dpo and on the 8th day of these cramps which feel stronger than the usual OV cramps. I have lower back ache too and feel swollen like when you have AF?! No idea what this could be but it’s uncomfortable

@20TinkerBell20 I'm pleased I'm not the only one! Just feels really different this month...really hope that this discomfort is for nothing!

Yes, I'm on about 9/10 days of this cramping now and given it hasn't stopped post ovulation. Ooooh!

It’s annoying more than anything because I don’t use OPKs currently but I can usually pin point ovulation as I never get cramping mid cycle but I will get it for two days over ovulation which always matches the day my app predicts too. But this month I feel like I’ve had constant cramping from AF finishing to now so although I’ve had a little ewcm on one day, I couldn’t really be sure when I ovulated exactly. How are you feeling this morning? I still have that horrible crampy full feeling almost heavy in that area with lower back ache..... any better luck for you?

I have cramping between ovulation and period coming most months. Think I am sensitive to the hormone change so is typical for me. I don't get tender boobs thought. Hopefully if not typical for you it is a good sign :) Good luck!

I had this the first month I tried, to no avail. Cramps, sore boobs, nausea, you name it I had it! Months since (still trying) have been completely symptom-free (and still no BFP).

I’m the same 😩 those 2 weeks after ovulation are awful since stopping the pill. Cramps, nausea, fatigue and the most sore boobs and awful mood swings. Can’t wait to conceive so I can get back on contraception 🙈

I hear you @Beclaboo. I prefer period cramps. At least I understand them! Had a real sudden jab last night made me go ahhhh. Husband was like what the hell? lol would be hopeful if it wasn’t for the fact that get this all the time!!

Jumping in here as I'm the exact same as @Beclaboo. Have all these things for 2 weeks every cycle since coming off the pill in November. Plus cycles are really long (32 days shortest, 41 days longest) although at least seem a bit more regular the past few cycles (35 days x 3)

@becca3210 yeah ovulation pains really are something else! Do you find you know which side the egg is coming from?

@dweebette it’s awful isn’t it? Mine are at the shorter end now, like 24 days so I don’t have to suffer for too long. By the time my period comes I am so relieved! Great that your cycles are becoming more even!

@beclaboo yes I think I know the side as tend to get the same area. Though occasionally can switch and cramps can move around.

Girls does anyone else get a tight chest at this time? I googled it and said can be due to the progesterone rise. Think may just be a bit sensitive to progesterone maybe

I have never had a tight chest with it before. I can usually tell which side I am ovulating from but this month I’ve just had 9 days of on and off period type cramps which felt totally different to usual. Finally stopped today and the backache has gone too. How are you all feeling. Thinking I’m about 4dpo today.

Think the tight chest could be the anxiety of the whole thing lol. It is bad cause I swear when you look up anything it says it is a possible pregnancy symptom! Must avoid google . I am 7dpo. Still bit crampy this morning. Eyes and throat bit itchy so guessing hayfever? Who knows! Nothing screaming pregnancy yet. On month 6 now so getting quite tired of this TTC business. @becca3210 I’ve had hay fever this week aswell but so has everyone else so I think pollen levels are just high...... yeah we are month 4 of TTC and every month I say i won’t obsess over every little thing in the tww but I do and it’s driving me mad 😠

This is only my 2nd cycle off the pill but I had mild cramps on and off for about 2 weeks. I didn't think it was ovulation as went on too long, although I don't even know when ovulation was. Not sure what the cause was- maybe hormones flying about? Hope it doesn't happen again next cycle- the cramps were mild but kinda put me off DTD (but had to battle through...!).

@becca3210 I’ve had a tight chest too! I also put it down to anxiety because it’s always in TWW. I also found that my appetite has completely changed in that I eat far less now and I have really gone off meat which I assume is part of hormone changes coming of the pill. So I suppose that one is a bonus 😂

@becca3210 I'm the same, month 7,cycle 6,totally fed up. I'm CD33, 13DPO but sure I haven't been successful this cycle either. The cramping continues, though more of a dull ache and I have acne and crazy dreams, all point towards BFP but I can feel AF is going to be on time (Tuesday) so I'm just disgusted and ready for the next cycle to start

@20TinkerBell20 that is so me every month. I am a nightmare. @Beclaboo interesting you have the chest thing as well. Good luck @Dweebette hope it is better news than you think.

How are you all getting on? Currently 8dpo with absolutely no symptoms whatsoever. Also no signs of implantation like cramping or spotting either. Anyone got any updates??

Nope. Now CD37 with no sign of AF. BFN yesterday and have been feeling absolutely rubbish for a week. The past few days especially, really tired and a lot of nausea but nothing. Fed up.

11DPO today. Boobs a bit tender. Tight chest gone. Still getting some ovary area cramps during the day. Always start feeling hopeful at this point but trying to remind myself that haven't got anything majorly different to the past 6months so not to get my hopes up. Start testing tomorrow we shall see.
